This agreement is between GayFLL Magazine/A Sampleman7 Production, Represented by Dennis Jozefowicz, and __________________________________________________________, Represented by ________________________________________________. 1. Terms By signing below, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 2. Disclaimer - The services provided by GayFLL Magazine's web site are provided "as is". GayFLL Magazine makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, GayFLL Magazine does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the services provided or otherwise relating to such materials.
3. Limitations In no event shall GayFLL Magazine, Sampleman7 Productions, or its employees be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use of services, even if GayFLL Magazine or a GayFLL Magazine authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. 4. Revisions and Errata The materials appearing on GayFLL Magazine's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. GayFLL Magazine does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. GayFLL Magazine may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. GayFLL Magazine does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials. 5. Links GayFLL Magazine will not link to, or advertise materials it deems "competition". This includes, but not limited to, advertisement materials posted on other publishers web sites. We will only link to websites owned and operated by the Parties stated in this agreement. 6. Services Offered GayFLL Magazine will give the undersigned at no charge: - Single-location video shoot.
- Production of the commercial.
- Posting of the commercial in the database for 3 months with supporting data to your business.
- After the 3 month period, monthly maintenance fees apply. ($__________per month.)
